Continuing member of the bargaining unit definition

Continuing member of the bargaining unit means a person who was a member of the bargaining unit on (1) June 30, 2019 and who continues to be a member of the bargaining unit (after July 1, 2019), (2) June 30, 2020 and who continues to be a member of the bargaining unit (after July 1, 2020), (3) June 30, 2021 and who continues to be a member of the bargaining unit (after July 1, 2021) but does not include any Sessional Lecturer;
Continuing member of the bargaining unit means a person who was a member of the bargaining unit on (1) June 30, 2016 2019 and who continues to be a member of the bargaining unit (after July 1, 2016 2019), (2) June 30, 2017 2020 and who continues to be a member of the bargaining unit (after July 1, 2017 2020), (3) June 30, 2018 2021 and who continues to be a member of the bargaining unit (after July 1, 2018 2021), but does not include any Sessional Lecturer;
Continuing member of the bargaining unit means a per- son who was a member of the bargaining unit on (1) June 30, 2006 and who continues to be a member of the bargain- ing unit (after July 1, 2006), (2) June 30, 2007 and who con- tinues to be a member of the bargaining unit (after July 1, 2007), (3) June 30, 2008 and who continues to be a mem- ber of the bargaining unit (after July 1, 2008), and/or (4) June 30, 2009 and who continues to be a member of the bargaining unit (after July 1, 2009), but does not include any Sessional Lecturer;

  • Bargaining Unit means the unit of Employees as described on the Labour Relations Board Certificate.

Existing unit does not include simple combustion turbines or any unit that on or after November 15, 1990, served only generators with a nameplate capacity of 25 MWe or less. Any existing unit that is modified, reconstructed, or repowered after November 15, 1990, shall continue to be an existing unit.

  • Drilling unit means the area fixed for the drilling of one well by order or rule of any state or federal body having authority. If a Drilling Unit is not fixed by any such rule or order, a Drilling Unit shall be the drilling unit as established by the pattern of drilling in the Contract Area unless fixed by express agreement of the Drilling Parties.
