Contract Capacity Test definition

Contract Capacity Test means the test set forth in APPENDIX 3 CONTRACT CAPACITY TEST AND OTHER TESTS for establishing the Contract Capacity.
Contract Capacity Test means the test set forth in Appendix 3 for establishing the Contract Capacity. Contract Year – means each consecutive twelve (12) Month period beginning with the Month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs. Costs – means, with respect to the Non-Defaulting Party, brokerage fees, commissions and other similar third party transaction costs and expenses reasonably incurred by such Party either in terminating any arrangement pursuant to which it has hedged its obligations or entering into new arrangements which replace the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and all reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred by the Non-Defaulting Party in connection with the termination of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Credit Rating – means, with respect to any Person, the rating by S&P, Xxxxx’x, Fitch or any other rating agency agreed to by the Parties then assigned to such Person’s unsecured, senior long-term debt obligations (not supported by third party credit enhancements) or if such entity does not have a rating for its senior unsecured long-term debt, then the rating then assigned to such Person as an issuer rating by S&P, Xxxxx’x, Fitch or any other rating agency agreed by the Parties.

Examples of Contract Capacity Test in a sentence

  • Buyer shall pay for the Charging Energy used to charge the Storage Facility in connection with the first Storage Contract Capacity Test during any Contract Year.

  • Thereafter, at least once per year, Seller shall schedule and complete a Storage Contract Capacity Test in accordance with Appendix B.

  • Maximum Net Capability − means the Capacity demonstrated by the Project during a Contract Capacity Test for a NYISO Capability Period.

  • Buyer shall have the right to require a retest of the Storage Contract Capacity Test in accordance with Appendix B.

  • If the actual capacity determined pursuant to a Storage Contract Capacity Test is less than the then-current Storage Contract Capacity, then the actual capacity determined pursuant to such Storage Contract Capacity Test shall become the new Storage Contract Capacity at the beginning of the day following the completion of the test for all purposes under this Agreement.

  • If the Storage Facility does not satisfy the Guaranteed Charging Rate as determined by the most recent Storage Contract Capacity Test, then Seller will be required to place the Storage Facility into an Unplanned Outage and repair the Storage Facility such that it satisfies the Guaranteed Charging Rate within thirty (30) days.

  • No more frequently than once per calendar quarter, Seller shall have the right to run a retest of the Contract Capacity Test at any time upon 24 hours prior written Notice to Buyer (or any shorter period reasonably acceptable to Buyer consistent with Accepted Electrical Practices).

  • The Final Test Plan from the Commercial Operation Test for the Contract Capacity Test shall be used for the Contract Capacity Test, unless the Parties agree otherwise in writing.

  • At least once per Contract Year after the initial Contract Year, upon no less than 24 hours prior Notice to Seller, subject to Article 17 and the Availability Notices delivered by Seller hereunder, Buyer shall schedule and complete a Contract Capacity Test in accordance with Appendix 7.

  • Such Contract Capacity Test shall be deemed a Buyer Cost Test unless the results of such test demonstrate that the actual Contract Capacity has been reduced by more than two percent (2%) from the results of the most recent tests, in which case Buyer may (but is not obligated to) deem such test a Seller Cost Test.

Related to Contract Capacity Test

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • Contracted Capacity means the capacity (in MW AC) contracted with MSEDCL for supply by the successful bidder at the Delivery Point from the Solar Power Project.

  • RDDS test Means one query sent to a particular “IP address” of one of the servers of one of the RDDS services. Queries shall be about existing objects in the Registry System and the responses must contain the corresponding information otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. Queries with an RTT 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • Excess capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.

  • Generation Capacity Resource shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Interruptible Capacity means capacity that may be interrupted by the Operator at any time in order to fulfil shippers’ nominations under a firm capacity reservation.

  • Base Capacity Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(b).

  • DNS test Means one non-­‐recursive DNS query sent to a particular “IP address” (via UDP or TCP). If DNSSEC is offered in the queried DNS zone, for a query to be considered answered, the signatures must be positively verified against a corresponding DS record published in the parent zone or, if the parent is not signed, against a statically configured Trust Anchor. The answer to the query must contain the corresponding information from the Registry System, otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. A query with a “DNS resolution RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR, will be considered unanswered. The possible results to a DNS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “DNS resolution RTT” or, undefined/unanswered.

  • Final RTO Unforced Capacity Obligation means the capacity obligation for the PJM Region, determined in accordance with RAA, Schedule 8.

  • Maintenance Test means the maintenance test set out in Clause 12.1 (Maintenance Test).

  • System Capacity means the operational capacity of the System at any applicable point in time.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Available RP Capacity Amount means (i) the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 7.06(d), (g), (h) and (l) minus (ii) the sum of the amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to (A) make Restricted Payments in reliance on Sections 7.06 (g), (h) or (l), (B) incur Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb), (C) make Investments pursuant to Section 7.02(n), (D) incur Indebtedness pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and (E) make prepayments, redemptions, purchases, defeasances and other payments in respect of Junior Financings prior to their scheduled maturity utilizing the Available RP Capacity Amount pursuant to Section 7.13 plus (iii) the aggregate principal amount of Indebtedness prepaid prior to or substantially concurrently at such time, solely to the extent such Indebtedness (A) was secured by Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) or (B) was incurred pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and not secured pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) (it being understood that the amount under this clause (iii) shall only be available for use under Sections 7.01(bb) and/or 7.03(y), as applicable).

  • Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility as stated by the manufacturer, expressed in kW, which shall not exceed 10,000 kW.

  • Design capacity means the volume of a containment feature at a discharging facility that accommodates all permitted flows and meets all Aquifer Protection Permit conditions, including allowances for appropriate peaking and safety factors to ensure sustained, reliable operation.

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Alternate Fuel Capability means a situation where an alternate fuel could have been utilized whether or not the facilities for such use have actually been installed; provided however, where the use of natural gas is for plant protection, feedstock or process uses and the only alternate fuel is propane or other gaseous fuel, then the Buyer will be treated as if he had no altemate fuel capability.

  • Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • Installed Capacity or 'IC’ means the summation of the name plate capacities of all the units of the generating station or the capacity of the generating station (reckoned at the generator terminals), approved by the Commission from time to time;

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Start-Up Testing means the completion of applicable required factory and start-up tests as set forth in Exhibit C.
