Contract Data Sheet definition

Contract Data Sheet means the documents and other information which comprise of the Contract.
Contract Data Sheet means the "Contract Data Sheet" annexed hereto as well as any and all future amendments, supplements and/or addendums thereto and/or renewals, replacements and/or restatements thereof. The Contract Data Sheet shall be deemed, for all purposes, to form part of the Credit Agreement;
Contract Data Sheet means a separate document duly signed by both Parties and evidencing the Partiesagreement for the usage of non-regulated OGT OPAL Transit Capacities in accordance with these General terms and conditions;

  • The Intended Completion Date is specified in the Contract Data Sheet.

  • Signing of Contract40.1Promptly, and in no case later than 14 days, after notification, Procuring Entity shall send the successful Tenderer the Agreement and Contract Data Sheet, incorporating all agreements between the parties obtained as a result of Contract negotiations.

  • The Contract Price shall be a Firm Price unless otherwise stated in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet).

  • This Contract comes into effect on the Effective Date of Contract and will expire automatically on the date identified in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet) unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, or otherwise lawfully terminated.

  • The Contractor shall submit progress reports to the Authority’s Representatives at the times and in the format (if any) specified in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet).

  • Where required in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet) the Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Conformity (CofC) in accordance with Schedule 2 (Schedule of Requirements) and any applicable Quality Plan.

  • The Authority’s Representatives detailed in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet) (or their nominated deputy) shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Authority for all purposes of the Contract.

Related to Contract Data Sheet

  • Contract Data means any information provided in the tender document and agreed to by the Bidder.

  • Data Sheet means an integral part of the Instructions to Consultants (ITC) Section2thatisusedtoreflect specific assignment conditions to supplement, but not to over-write, the provisions of the ITC.

  • Safety Data Sheet means a safety data sheet within the meaning of regulation 5 of the CHIP Regulations;

  • Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Standard Specifications means all applicable legal requirements pertaining to the development of the Property including, but not limited to, Master Subdivision Plan, applicable permits, and construction drawings required for all Infrastructure, including, without limitation, the Town's Unified Development Ordinance, Knightdale's Water Allocation Policy (Ordinance # 13-06- 19-001 and Ordinance # 00-00-00-000) and Standard Specifications and Construction Details Manual. The failure of this Agreement to describe any other permit, condition, or term of restriction applicable to the Property does not relieve Developer of the necessity of complying with the same.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Federal contract information means information, not intended for public release, that is provided by or generated for the Government under a contract to develop or deliver a product or service to the Government, but not including information provided by the Government to the public (such as on public Web sites) or simple transactional information, such as necessary to process payments.

  • Contract Date means the date set for bid opening or, if this is a negotiated contract or a modification, the effective date of this contract or modification.

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.

  • Event data recorder (EDR) means a device or function in a vehicle that records the vehicle's dynamic, time-series data during the time period just prior to an event (e.g., vehicle speed vs. time) or during a crash event (e.g., delta-V vs. time), intended for retrieval after the crash event. For the purposes of this definition, the event data does not include audio and video data.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Contract Document means collectively the e-Tender documents, designs, drawings, specifications, agreed variations, if any and such other documents constituting the e-Tender and acceptance thereof.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Data Tape Information The information provided by the Responsible Party as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Responsible Party's Mortgage Loan identifying number; (2) the Mortgagor's name; (3) the street address of the Mortgaged Property including the city, state and zip code; (4) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner-occupied, a second home or investment property; (5) the number and type of residential units constituting the Mortgaged Property (i.e., a single family residence, a 2-4 family residence, a unit in a condominium project or a unit in a planned unit development, manufactured housing); (6) the original months to maturity or the remaining months to maturity from the Cut-off Date, in any case based on the original amortization schedule and, if different, the maturity expressed in the same manner but based on the actual amortization schedule; (7) with respect to First Lien Mortgage Loans, the Loan-to-Value Ratio, and with respect to the Second Lien Mortgage Loans, the Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio at origination; (8) the Mortgage Interest Rate as of the Cut-off Date; (9) the date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (10) the stated maturity date; (11) the amount of the Scheduled Payment as of the Cut-off Date; (12) the last payment date on which a Scheduled Payment was actually applied to pay interest and the outstanding principal balance; (13) the original principal amount of the Mortgage Loan; (14) the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Cut-off Date, after deduction of payments of principal due and collected on or before the Cut-off Date; (15) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Adjustment Date; (16) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Gross Margin; (17) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Lifetime Rate Cap under the terms of the Mortgage Note; (18) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, a code indicating the type of Index; (19) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Periodic Mortgage Interest Rate Cap under the terms of the Mortgage Note; (20) the type of Mortgage Loan (i.e., fixed rate, adjustable rate, first lien, second lien); (21) a code indicating the purpose of the loan (i.e., purchase, rate and term refinance, equity take-out refinance); (22) a code indicating the documentation style (i.e., full documentation, limited documentation or stated income); (23) the loan credit classification (as described in the Underwriting Guidelines); (24) whether such Mortgage Loan provides for a Prepayment Premium; (25) the Prepayment Premium period of such Mortgage Loan, if applicable; (26) a description of the Prepayment Premium, if applicable; (27) the Mortgage Interest Rate as of origination; (28) the credit risk score (FICO score) at origination; (29) the date of origination; (30) the Mortgage Interest Rate adjustment period; (31) the Mortgage Interest Rate floor; (32) the Mortgage Interest Rate calculation method (i.e., 30/360, simple interest, other); (33) a code indicating whether the Mortgage Loan has been modified; (34) with respect to First Lien Mortgage Loans, the current Loan-to-Value Ratio, and with respect to Second Lien Mortgage Loans, the current Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio; (35) the one year payment history;

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Contract Material means all material created or required to be developed or created as part of, or for the purpose of performing, the Services, including documents, equipment, information and data stored by any means.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Construction Completion Certificate means the certificate issued under ARTICLE 14.
