Such Customer Property shall be handed back to the Customer in good working order (allowance shall be made only for reasonable wear and tear); any sums prepaid by the Customer in respect of Goods and/or Services not Delivered by the Contract Expiry Date; vacate any Customer Premises; remove the Supplier Equipment together with any other materials used by the Supplier to supply the Goods and/or Services and shall leave the Sites in a clean, safe and tidy condition.
The Customer shall be entitled to require the provision of Termination Assistance at any time during the Contract Period by giving written notice to the Supplier (a "Termination Assistance Notice") at least four (4) Months prior to the Contract Expiry Date or as soon as reasonably practicable (but in any event, not later than one (1) month) following the service by either Party of a Termination Notice.
Likewise on the Contract Expiry Date the Supplier shall be responsible for the removal of all relevant Supplier Equipment from the Sites and/or any Customer Premises, including the cost of packing, carriage and making good the Sites and/or the Customer Premises following removal.
RECORDS, AUDIT ACCESS AND OPEN BOOK DATA The Supplier shall keep and maintain for seven (7) years after the Contract Expiry Date (or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties or required by the in force ESFA rules), full and accurate records and accounts of the operation of this Contract including the Goods and/or Services provided under it, any Sub-Contracts and the amounts paid by the Customer.
The Supplier shall effect and maintain the policy or policies of insurance referred to in Clause 26 for six (6) years after the Contract Expiry Date.
