Contract Production definition

Contract Production means labels or brands owned by third parties other than the Seller or Buyer and "existence" means contract arrangements, whether or not in production, listed on SCHEDULE A (to be provided as of the Closing Date).
Contract Production means a contract, agree- ment, or business arrangement described in sub. (3) (b) whereby a recipe producer or out−of−state recipe sup- plier provides consideration to a contract producer for the production, bottling, or labeling of alcohol beverages.
Contract Production means the production of Alcoholic Cider or Other Cider Products by a person other than the Applicant under an agreement or arrangement.

Contract Production means a written contract or agreement between a recipe producer and a contract producer who possess the same type of permit, in which the contract producer manufactures, rectifies, bottles, packages, or labels alcohol beverages, for consideration, for a recipe producer.
Contract Production means all beverages of any kind produced by High Falls at any facilities and sold to third parties ("CONTRACTING PARTIES") for resale by and under such third party's labels, as measured by barrels shipped.

The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

Categories of Medical Marijuana Concentrate include Water-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, Food-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate and Solvent-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Harvest batch means a specifically identified quantity of dried flower or trim, leaves, and other cannabis plant matter that is uniform in strain, harvested at the same time, and, if applicable, cultivated using the same pesticides and other agricultural chemicals, and harvested at the same time.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.

  • Raw material means any unprocessed material in its raw or natural state that is intended to become part of the components of a cannabis product.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Marijuana producer means a person who produces marijuana in this state.
