Contract Review Period definition

Contract Review Period means each consecutive period of three consecutive Months which falls within the Term, provided that:
Contract Review Period means a period ending on the earlier of (i) the sixtieth (60th) day after the date hereof and (ii) the Bid Deadline (as defined in the U.S Bidding Procedures Order).

  • Objection Date means the date by which Settlement Class Members must mail their objection to the settlement for that objection to be effective. The postmark date shall constitute evidence of the date of mailing for these purposes.

  • Commencement Date of the Contract means the date of signing of the Contract between the Purchaser and the Contractor.

  • Review Receivable has the meaning designated in Section 1.02 of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.
