Contract Shipper definition

Contract Shipper means a Shipper that is a party to a TSA.
Contract Shipper means a Shipper that is party to an Agreement with Carrier for the transportation of Product.
Contract Shipper as herein used means a Shipper that has executed a Throughput Agreement with Pipeline Operator.
