Notwithstanding clause 6.4(a)(i), the Fixed Ceiling Consulting Feesas specified in Appendix 6B is fixed and cannot be adjusted throughout the Contract Period even if the Contract Sum for the Works exceeds the Estimated Contract Sum for Works or there is a change of the scope of Service or increase in the value of Works.
