Contracting Body Data definition

Contracting Body Data means data that is owned or managed by a Contracting Body;
Contracting Body Data means: the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which: are supplied to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Contracting Body; or the Supplier is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Contract; and any Personal Data for which the Contracting Body is the Data Controller; Contracting Body Marks means the Contracting Body’s trade marks (whether registered or not), logos and brands pertinent to this Contract; Contracting Body's Confidential Information means all Contracting Body Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Contracting Body, including all IPRs, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential (whether or not it is marked confidential);

  • The Supplier shall ensure that any system on which the Supplier holds any Authority Data or Contracting Body Data, including back-up data, is a secure system that complies with the Security requirements set out by the Authority under this Framework Agreement and/or any security requirements identified by a Contracting Body pursuant to any Call Off Agreement.
