Contractor Activities definition

Contractor Activities means those activities of the Project to be carried out by the Contractor, or an agent or agency of the Contractor, which activities are described in Exhibit A of this contract.

Contractor Activities means any actions or omissions of CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR’s Related Parties in the performance of this Agreement, directly or indirectly arising from CONTRACTOR’s operations, as well as any breach of any representation or warranty of CONTRACTOR set forth in this Agreement.

Related to Contractor Activities

  • Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.
