Contractor Location definition

Contractor Location means the Contractor’s, or its Subcontractor’s, place of business, including retail storefronts and warehouses.

Contractor Location means any airport terminal facility where Contractor provides Feeder Air Services pursuant to this Agreement and only Contractor has employees stationed, or causes the delivery of vendor-provided services in lieu of services provided by Contractor employees (including joint locations where Contractor provides Feeder Air Services pursuant to this Agreement at a different terminal facility from which AA and/or its Affiliate operates in the same airport).

  • Contractor Location County County where the Contractor or Subcontractor Location is located.

  • In the event AA or an AA Affiliate no longer staffs personnel at a Covered Location, AA reserves the right to designate such former Covered Location as a Contractor Location, and Contractor will completely assume ground operations at such former Covered Location.

  • During the Contract term, requests to add or delete Contractor Locations or to modify Contractor Location information, must be submitted for prior approval of the State.

Related to Contractor Location

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.
