Contractor Location definition

Contractor Location is the Contractor’s, or its Subcontractor’s, place of business, including retail storefronts and warehouses.
Contractor Location means any airport terminal facility where Contractor provides Feeder Air Services pursuant to this Agreement and only Contractor has employees stationed, or causes the delivery of vendor-provided services in lieu of services provided by Contractor employees (including joint locations where Contractor provides Feeder Air Services pursuant to this Agreement at a different terminal facility from which AA and/or its Affiliate operates in the same airport).
Contractor Location means any airport terminal facility where Contractor provides Contractor's United Express Services pursuant to this Agreement and Contractor, but not United, has employees stationed (including any terminal facility where Contractor provides Contractor's United Express Services pursuant to this Agreement that is different from the terminal facility from which United operates in the same airport).

Related to Contractor Location

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • Contractor Equipment means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than temporary works) required for execution and completion of works and remedying of any defects, therein. But does not include plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Residential contractor means a licensed contractor that holds an endorsement as a:

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
