Contractor Material definition

Contractor Material means Material:
Contractor Material means any material created or supplied by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement (including all internal guidelines, manuals, scripts created by the Contractor to enable its officers, employees, Sub- Contractors or agents to supply the Services) and all documents (in whatever form and howsoever stored) detailing the Contractor’s business processes.
Contractor Material means all Existing Material provided to the University by the Contractor under this Agreement. Direction includes an agreement, approval, authorisation, certificate, decision, demand, determination, explanation, instruction, notice, order, permission, rejection, request or requirement.

  • Except as otherwise agreed and documented with respect to the Service Authority’s Materials and Work Product or Works Made for Hire, Contractor shall retain all right, title and interest, including all Contractor Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the Contractor Material.

Contractor Material means any content, material, information, data, instructions, media, article, review, post, communications, messages, software, photos, video, graphics, music, sounds, and other material that a Contractor may import, upload or otherwise provide to the TekDash Platform or other Service in connection with that Contractor’s use of the Service but excludes Content and User Materials.

Related to Contractor Material

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Service Provider Materials means all works of authorship, products and materials [including, but not limited to, data, diagrams, charts, reports, specifications, studies, inventions, software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques] owned by, or licensed to, the Service Provider prior to the Commencement Date or independently developed by the Service Provider outside the scope of this Agreement at no expense to Transnet, and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.
