Project Systems definition

Project Systems shall include, but not be limited to, software, hardware, cabling and all other items necessary for a computer; Audio/Visual Systems; management systems; front office, back office and accounting management systems; sales and reservations systems; timekeeping and payroll systems; point-of-sale systems, including food, beverage and retail functions; food and beverage inventory systems; engineering software; and word processing and other personal computer applications.
Project Systems means management systems, including front office, back office and accounting management systems; the Manager’s automated payroll system; point-of-sale systems, including food, beverage and retail functions; and word processing and personal computer applications.
Project Systems. All of the systems and installations in the project that are not specifically attached exclusively to a particular unit or particular units (in part of a building), including main air-conditioning systems and installations, electrical systems, telecommunications, water, electromechanical systems, control/monitoring systems, elevators, lighting systems, and sewage and drainage systems.

  • In the event Tenant takes such action, and such work will affect the Project Systems or the structural integrity of the Project, Tenant shall use only those contractors used by Landlord in the Project for work on such Project Systems or structure unless such contractors are unwilling or unable to perform, or timely perform, such work, in which event Tenant may utilize the services of any other qualified contractor which normally and regularly performs similar work in comparable buildings.

  • This policy applies to Rubin Project Office and Project Systems Engineering configuration items.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant (including any central plant), machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, lab, security, or fire/life safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment which serve the Building and/or any other building in the Project in whole or in part.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 CFR 184.4.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.
