Contractor Representatives means Contractor’s employees and officers
Contractor Representatives has the meaning in Section 5(a) of this Subagreement.

Examples of Contractor Representatives in a sentence

  • All Contractor Representatives shall have the authority to refuse work if they determine that their work conditions are unsafe.

  • Contractor has the sole responsibility for the health and safety of Contractor Representatives performing Services including the provision of required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (“PPE”).

  • Contractor shall train all Contractor Representatives on the provisions of the EAP.

  • This direction may be given orally and/or in writing to any Contractor Representatives by Tri-State.

  • Contractor Representatives performing Services in these areas are required to contact the OATR.

  • All Contractor Representatives shall be properly trained technicians who meet or exceed any specified training qualifications.

  • The Company Department charged with managing the relationship with the Contractor hereunder (the “Company Liaison”) shall have the right to require more frequent Background Checks of Contractor Representatives or to require checks from other or additional sources than those listed above, and shall have the right to require that the Contractor furnish Background Check results to them.

  • The Department may reject and bar from any facility, for cause, any Contractor Representatives.


More Definitions of Contractor Representatives

Contractor Representatives means, individually and collectively, each present and future Contractor officer, director, employee, representative, contractor, subcontractor, or agent.
Contractor Representatives means all persons engaged by the Contractor from time to time in performance of its obligations under this Framework Agreement including:  its employees and workers (including persons employed by a third party but working for and under the control of the Contractor);  its agents, service providers and carriers; and  any sub-contractors of the Contractor (whether approved under Clause 31 (Sub-contracting) or otherwise).
Contractor Representatives means personnel from the Contractor's firm assigned to the contract. NOTE: The term Corporate shall mean any person(s) located at the Contractor's Corporate Headquarters or reporting directly to Corporate Headquarters personnel. All definitions set forth in other documents in this RFP as therein defined are applicable to these instructions and to the other RFP documents.
Contractor Representatives means personnel from the Contractor's firm assigned to the contract and including, but not limited to the following positions: Key Account Manager – who shall oversee the contract for pouring rights services and Corporate, District and Regional Management Personnel. NOTE: The term Corporate shall mean any person(s) located at the Contractor's Corporate Headquarters or reporting directly to Corporate Headquarters personnel. All definitions set forth in other documents in this RFP as therein defined are applicable to these instructions and to the other RFP documents.
