Future Contractor definition

Future Contractor means each and every subsequent service provider who shall provide any service equivalent to any of the Services after expiry or earlier termination of this Agreement;

More Definitions of Future Contractor

Future Contractor means any person contracted to provide service to the Council, the same as or similar to the Service at any time in substitution of the Contractor or any sub-Contractor (in whole or part) whether or not after expiry or termination of this Contract.

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • The Sub-Contractor means any person, firm or company (other than the Contractor) to whom any part of the work has been entrusted by the Contractor with the written consent of the Engineer-In-Charge and the legal representative successors and permitted assignee of such person, firm or company.

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
