Contractor Tools definition

Contractor Tools means the software tools of general application, whether in the public domain, or owned or licensed to the Contractor, which are used to develop the Web Site.
Contractor Tools means all proprietary software, methods, tools, techniques, processes, or procedures of Contractor that Contractor may use, modify or develop in the provision of services hereunder, including all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto.
Contractor Tools are defined in Section 16.2 (Contractor Tools).
