Contributor Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule to this Agreement prepared by the Contributor and delivered to the Regency Parties on the Closing Date.

Examples of Contributor Disclosure Schedule in a sentence

Related to Contributor Disclosure Schedule

  • Company Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by the Company to and accepted by Parent and Merger Sub on the date hereof.
