Examples of Contributor Version in a sentence

  • If You initiate litigation against any entity by asserting a patent infringement claim (excluding declaratory judgment actions, counter-claims, and cross-claims) alleging that a Contributor Version directly or indirectly infringes any patent, then the rights granted to You by any and all Contributors for the Covered Software under Section 2.1 of this License shall terminate.

Contributor Version means the version of the Software on which the Contributor based its Modifications. 1.3 “Distribution” and “Distribute” means any act of selling, giving, lending, renting, distributing, communicating, transmitting, or otherwise making available, physically or electronically or by any other means, copies of the Software or Modifications. 1.4 “ESA” means the European Space Agency. 1.5 “License” means this document. 1.6 “Licensor” means the individual or legal entity that Distributes the Software under the License to You. 1.7 “Modification” means any work or software created that is based upon or derived from the Software (or portions thereof) or a modification of the Software (or portions thereof). Related to Contributor Version

  • Single-state license means a nurse license issued by a party state that authorizes practice only within the issuing state and does not include a multistate licensure privilege to practice in any other party state.

  • FAA Xxxx of Sale means the xxxx of sale for the Aircraft on AC Form 8050-2 executed by Manufacturer or an affiliate of Manufacturer in favor of Company and recorded with the FAA.
