Control Employee definition

Control Employee means any employee who meets the definition of the Internal Revenue Service regulations found in IRS Publication 15-B, page 24. The publication may be accessed at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p15b.pdf
Control Employee means an elected official or employee whose compensation equals or exceeds the compensation paid to a Federal Government employee holding a position as defined in the Federal Tax Regulations §1.61-21, as amended.
