Controlled Activities definition

Controlled Activities has the same meaning as set out in the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (and any subsequent amendment or re-enactment thereof);
Controlled Activities means controlled activities as defined in the Commercial Licensing Regulations 2015;
Controlled Activities means activities which have a potential to cause adverse effect on the quality and quantity of water;
