Controlled Activities definition

Controlled Activities has the same meaning as set out in the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (and any subsequent amendment or re-enactment thereof);
Controlled Activities means controlled activities as defined in the Commercial Licensing Regulations 2015.
Controlled Activities means possessing, handling or using, producing, storing, permitting any person access to, transferring, transporting, importing or exporting, releasing or otherwise abandoning Nuclear Substances or Radiation-Emitting Devices.
