Controlled Distribution Amount definition

Controlled Distribution Amount means, for any Distribution Date with respect to a Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of the Controlled Amortization Amount and any existing Deficit Controlled Amortization Amount.
Controlled Distribution Amount with respect to any Series, shall have the meaning specified in the related Supplement.
Controlled Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Class of Notes, the amount (or amounts) specified in any applicable Series Supplement.

  • If for one or more months during the Class A Controlled Amortization Period there are not sufficient funds to pay the Controlled Distribution Amount, then to the extent that excess funds are not available on subsequent Distribution Dates with respect to the Class A Controlled Amortization Period to make up for such shortfalls, the final payment of principal of the Class A Certificates will occur later than the Class A Expected Final Payment Date.

  • If for one or more months during the Class B Amortization Period there are not sufficient funds to pay the Controlled Distribution Amount, then to the extent that excess funds are not available on subsequent Distribution Dates with respect to the Class B Amortization Period to make up for such shortfalls, the final payment of principal of the Class B Certificates will occur later than the Class B Expected Final Payment Date.

Controlled Distribution Amount means, for any Distribution Date with respect to the Scheduled Amortization Period, an amount equal to the sum of the Controlled Amortization Amount for such Distribution Date and any Deficit Controlled Amortization Amount for the preceding Distribution Date.
