Controlled substances and alcohol testing means a determi- nation of an applicant’s or school bus driver’s use of mari- juana, cocaine, phencyclidine, opiates, amphetamines, and alcohol prescribed by 49 CFR 382, October 2006 (no later amendments or editions), and conducted in accordance with the procedures at 49 CFR 40, October 2006 (no later amend- ments or editions), both published by the U.S. Government Printing Office, Superintendent of Documents, Mail Stop: SSOP, Washington, D.C. 20402-9328, incorporated by refer- ence, and on file with the Department; and a determination of an applicant’s or school bus driver’s use of marijuana, cocaine, phencyclidine, opiates, amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodi- azepines, methadone, and propoxphene as required by these rules and conducted in accordance with a procedure that is generally accepted in the scientific community to be accurate and reliable.

  • Hazardous air pollutant means any air pollutant listed as a hazardous air pollutant pursuant to Section 112(b) of the FCAA.
