If there is a Restricted Transfer from the EEA the Customer will be bound by the Controller to Controller SCCs, which are incorporated into this Addendum and will come into effect upon the commencement of the relevant Restricted Transfer.

Nothing in the Agreement (including these Controller Terms) is intended to modify or contradict any Controller SCCs or prejudice the fundamental rights or freedoms of data subjects under the European Data Protection Legislation.
