Cooling Degree Days for a period means the figure obtained or calculated from the Weather Data setting out the extent to which the average outdoor temperature during that period at the Site was greater than a mean temperature of +18 degrees Celsius;

  • Cooling Off Period means the duration of time counted from the date when the direct seller and the direct selling entity enter into an agreement and ending with the date on which the contract is to be performed and within which direct seller may repudiate the agreement without being subject to penalty for breach of contract.

A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

For the purposes of this definition, S-coded fabric means an upholstery fabric designed to be cleaned only with water-free spot cleaning products as specified by the Joint Industry Fabric Standards Committee.
