Equipment and Furniture. The computer equipment or other property provided directly by the Minister shall remain the property of the government of Québec at all times.

Florida Blue shall also provide external signage and security equipment needed to access facility, and shall provide supplies necessary to manage an ongoing operation, a telephone for supervisor’s use, monthly charges for telecommunications, and telecommunication lines necessary for networking.
Equipment and Furniture. Prior to the Commencement Date, Sublessor shall remove its previously installed phone and security system. However, Sublessor agrees to leave in place at the Sublease Premises, and as of the Commencement Date to transfer to Sublessee, all phone and data cabling, HVAC units and electrical transformers currently located within the Sublease Premises (the "Equipment"), subject to the following: (i)Sublessee shall bear the cost of any and all sales taxes due with respect to the transfer of Equipment; (ii) Sublessor makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition of the Equipment, (iii) Sublessee agrees to accept possession of the Equipment "where is" and "as is" and acknowledges that it has relied solely on its own examination and inspection of the Equipment, and (iv) from and after the Commencement Date, the Equipment shall be the sole responsibility of Sublessee, and Sublessor shall not be under any liability or obligation in any manner to provide service, maintenance, or repairs for the Equipment. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, Sublessee shall remove the Equipment from the Sublease Premises in compliance with the terms of Section 8.1 of this Sublease.
Equipment and Furniture. Expenses of procuring furniture and equipment that facilitate the delivery of direct services (e.g., mobile communication devices, telephones, braille and TTY/TDD equipment, computers and printers, beepers, video cameras and recorders for documenting and reviewing interviews with children, two-way mirrors, colposcopes, digital cameras, and equipment and furniture for shelters, work spaces, victim waiting rooms, and children's play areas), except that the VOCA grant may be charged only the prorated share of an item that is not used exclusively for victim-related activities. Grantees must abide by the provisions for the use and disposition of property purchased with federal funds included in the DOJ Grants Financial Guide (3.7 Property Standards) and the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Property Standards, 2 C.F.R. §200.310 through 2 C.F.R. §200.316).
Equipment and Furniture. For all City events to be held in Banquet Room A, WACC shall arrange for the City to utilize any equipment necessary for such events. Such equipment shall include, but not be limited to tables, chairs, podiums, technological equipment, etc. The City shall be able to utilize WACC’s equipment as provided in this section for no additional payment.
