Coordination Services definition

Coordination Services means services that permit the interface and coordination between electricity generation suppliers and DCs in connection with the delivery of electricity to serve customers located within the DC’s service or control area, including certain scheduling-related functions and reconciliation. "Cover Standard", as referred to in [Section 3.2], means that if there is an unexcused failure to take or deliver any of the Contract Quantity pursuant to this Contract, then the performing party shall use commercially reasonable efforts to (i) if Buyer is the performing party, obtain Gas or Electricity, (or an alternate fuel if elected by Buyer and replacement Gas is not available) or (ii) if Seller is the performing party, sell Gas or Electricity, in either case, at a price reasonable for the delivery or production area, as applicable, consistent with: the amount of notice provided by the nonperforming party; the immediacy of the Buyer's Gas or Electricity consumption needs or Seller's Gas or Electricity sales requirements, as applicable; the quantities involved; and the anticipated length of failure by the nonperforming party.

"Credit Support Obligation(s)” shall mean any obligation(s) to provide or establish credit support for, or on behalf of, a party to this Contract such as an irrevocable standby letter of credit, a margin agreement, a prepayment, a security interest in an asset, a performance bond, guaranty, or other good and sufficient security of a continuing nature.9

Examples of Coordination Services in a sentence

  • The Electricity Supplier agrees to pay all Charges for Electricity Supplier Coordination Services provided by the Company as set forth in Schedule 1 of this Tariff.

  • The Company and the Electricity Supplier shall use good faith efforts to informally resolve all disputes arising out of the implementation of this Tariff, the provisions of the Electricity Supplier Coordination Services, and/or the carrying out of Supplier responsibilities.

  • All key staff employed at the Site by the Contractor shall be considered essential to the performance of the Work and the Work Co-ordination Services, and all key staff shall be subject to the approval of the Engineer-in-Charge.

  • If key staff becomes unavailable for assignment to the Work or the Work Co-ordination Services for reasons beyond the Contractor’s control, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Engineer-in-Charge to evaluate the impact on the Work.

  • Before a Supplier, licensee or applicant can render service, or continue to render service under this Tariff, the Company shall require any Supplier, licensee or applicant applying for Coordination Services, or a Supplier currently receiving such services, as applicable, to provide Security.

  • Each month, the Company shall submit an invoice to the Electricity Supplier for all Charges for Coordination Services provided under this Tariff and the Supplier Coordination Agreement.

  • The Electricity Supplier shall pay for all Coordination Services, or any other charge it incurs hereunder, in accordance with the following provisions.

  • The letter is on file with and available through IHDA’s Office of Housing Coordination Services.

Related to Coordination Services

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
