COR Laws definition

COR Laws means laws relating to fatigue management, speed and mass, dimension and load compliance requirements generally referred to as “Chain of Responsibility” laws or “Heavy Vehicle” laws;
COR Laws means Laws relating to fatigue management, speed and mass, dimension and load restraint compliance requirements generally referred to as ‘Chain of Responsibility’ laws or ‘Heavy Vehicle’ laws.
COR Laws means any laws in relation to safety concerning the carriage of goods by road, including as to mass, dimension, load restraint, speed, fatigue and vehicle standards, roadworthiness and maintenance and including the Heavy Vehicle National Law and Regulations and Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012 (WA).

More Definitions of COR Laws

COR Laws means any section of the Heavy Vehicle Law under which the Contractor is "a party in the chain of responsibility" (within the meaning given to that term under the Heavy Vehicle Law);
COR Laws means the chain of responsibility laws under the Land Transport Act 1998, Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, Land Transport Amendment Act 2005, and all subordinate legislation made under the respective acts, as well as any other applicable law relating to fatigue management, speed and mass, dimension, and load restraint compliance requirements.
COR Laws means any section of the Heavy Vehicle Law under which the Operator is “a party in the chain of responsibility” (within the meaning given to that term under the Heavy Vehicle Law). COR Systems means policies, procedures, standards, training and systems designed to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, compliance with the COR Laws.
COR Laws means any laws in relation to safety concerning the carriage of goods by road, including as to mass, dimension, load restraint, speed, fatigue and vehicle standards, roadworthiness and maintenance and including the HVNL.
