Core Company definition

Core Company means each of LSP Arlington Valley, LSP Xxxx Landing, Casco Bay, Xxxxxxxx Energy, Bridgeport Energy, LSP Bridgeport, LSP Mohave and, in the event that the Borrower directly or indirectly acquires the Ontelaunee Project, Ontelaunee.
Core Company and “Core Companies” have the meanings given to those terms in clause 14.2.19(c) of the Deed of Proceeds and Priorities;
Core Company means Freeport-McMoRan, Inc. and its affiliates (prior to its merger into IMC Global), Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc., FM Services Company, and its affiliates, McMoRan Oil & Gas Co. and Stratus Properties, Inc. and its affiliates (formerly FM Properties Inc.).
