Core Maintenance definition

Core Maintenance shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 11.1(a);
Core Maintenance means the Services outlined in the Services Schedule (Schedule A), under the sub-section entitled "Application Systems Management for Provider Managed Applications" in Section 8, excluding activities dealing with Minor Enhancements and Major Enhancements.

  • The Hillcrest Commercial Core Maintenance Assessment District was established during FY 2006.

  • The territory within the District consists of all lots, parcels and subdivisions of land as shown on the Boundary Diagram titled “Assessment Diagram of the City of San Diego Hillcrest Commercial Core Maintenance Assessment District” contained within this Annual Report in Exhibit A.

  • The Hillcrest Commercial Core Maintenance Assessment District (District) is governed by the District Management Plan and Assessment Engineer’s Report approved by the City Council in connection with the formation of the District (collectively, the “Engineer’s Report”).

  • During such period, the Promoter shall use the amount received on account of ‘Advance Core Maintenance Charges’ from the Allottee/s.

  • All District Manager and Subcontractor services shall be limited to maintenance, improvements, and activities authorized under the Assessment Engineer’s Report (Annual Report) for the Hillcrest Commercial Core Maintenance Assessment District.

  • Core Maintenance Assistance Services are available to enhance and extend, but not replace or duplicate, services provided under any R&P Cooperative Agreement.

Related to Core Maintenance

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

  • Preventative Maintenance means the routine, customary or regular course of procedure related to the care or upkeep of an existing Department facility or system, which may also include inspection services provided as part of a preventative maintenance program. Preventive maintenance is conducted to keep equipment working and/or extend the life of the equipment.

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors but does not include dusting aids, wood cleaners, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Monthly Maintenance Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.6;

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Computer software maintenance contract means a contract that obligates a seller of computer software to provide a customer with:

  • Period of Maintenance means the specified period of maintenance from the date of completion of the works, as certified by the Engineer.

  • Prosecution and Maintenance or “Prosecute and Maintain” means, with regard to a Patent Right, the preparing, filing, prosecuting and maintenance of such Patent Right, as well as handling re-examinations, reissues, and requests for patent term extensions with respect to such Patent Right, together with the conduct of interferences, the defense of oppositions and other similar proceedings with respect to the particular Patent Right. For clarification, “Prosecution and Maintenance” or “Prosecute and Maintain” will not include any other enforcement actions taken with respect to a Patent Right.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Maintenance Period shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Yield Maintenance Period means the period from and including the date of this Note until but not including the Scheduled Initial Maturity Date.
