Minor Enhancements. The Production Support Charge includes a baseline of Productive Hours that Supplier shall perform each calendar quarter on Minor Enhancements requested by Health Net (“Baseline Minor Enhancement Hours”). Subject to Section 4.4(b), the Baseline Minor Enhancement Hours included in the Production Support Charge are as follows:
Minor Enhancements. Requests by the Customer for minor enhancements or changes to the Service not relating to a defect or error inherent in the Service will be considered on a case by case basis and will be included under this Agreement at the sole discretion of PrimeGov if in the PrimeGov software product roadmap.
Minor Enhancements. There is no provision set within this “Licence Agreement” for additional development hours but covers any ‘reasonable’ minor enhancements to the system only: Incident Management System A minor enhancement is a change requested by a user that does not involve more than two hours of development time. If any additional services or additional significant functionality or features, are requested, these will be subject to quotation.
Minor Enhancements. (i) There are no Baseline Minor Enhancement Hours in 2008.
(ii) In 2009, the Baseline Minor Enhancement Hours shall increase as follows each calendar quarter as In-Scope Applications are transitioned: Baseline Minor Enhancement Hours *** *** *** ***

(b) The Baseline Minor Enhancement Hours shall be adjusted as follows:
(i) If Health Net retires or otherwise withdraws an In-Scope Application from Production Support Services under this Agreement, beginning in the month following such withdrawal, the Baseline Minor Enhancement Hours shall be ***.
(ii) If Health Net adds a new In-Scope Application, beginning in the month following such addition, the quarterly Baseline Minor Enhancement Hours shall be ***.
(iii) Upon request, Supplier shall provide Health Net with supporting detail to allow Health Net to understand and validate Supplier’s staffing numbers and proposed adjustments.
(c) Health Net and Supplier shall each use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to prioritize, manage and coordinate Minor Enhancement work to stay within the Baseline Minor Enhancement Hours allocation each quarter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Health Net requires a volume of Minor Enhancement hours above the Baseline Minor Enhancement Hours in a quarter, Supplier shall provide such hours using the Baseline AD Hours provided under Section 5.1.

Minor Enhancements. Contractor Responsibilities will include: • Triage and review application/solution enhancement requests. • Provide a functional specification to LAUSD for approval, and once approved, Contractor will schedule the Enhancement request. • Make the enhancements once the effort and timelines are agreed upon with LAUSD. • Provide code/configuration enhancements to the Solution as part of lifecycle management if they do not alter its architecture. • For each approved Application Enhancement request, Contractor will provide a functional specification to LAUSD for approval, and once approved, Contractor will schedule the Enhancement request. As prioritized by LAUSD, Contractor will work on such enhancements. • Contractor will perform unit (functional), system, and integration testing on the newly developed Application Enhancements in the development/testing environments provided by LAUSD. • Contractor will deploy the Enhancement into the production environment following successful UAT. LAUSD will prioritize the enhancements based on the agile delivery capacity available.
Minor Enhancements. For non-IR related work, as described in section 4.1 of Appendix A, the customer has requested a pool of hours be established for minor enhancement requests. The intent of these hours is to provide for quick turn around on small requests without going through the formal statement of work process required for larger development and enhancement projects. Examples of the types of requests that might flow through this pool are: ad hoc business reports, new reports, changes to existing reports, minor enhancements, or ad hoc technical analysis reporting.
7.1 Initiating a Request To achieve optimal use for these hours, a list of approved requesters will be filed with the NSSC. All requests will flow through the SLA account management focal point. The SLA focal point will provide the requestor with an estimate within two (2) business days outlining the hours required to complete the request. The estimate will be a full process estimate for all SAP resource groups required to fulfill the request. Work will not begin until approval from the requestor is received.
Minor Enhancements. IWL will provide Customer with copies of all Minor Enhancements at no additional cost to Customer.
Minor Enhancements. The Provider’s responsibilities include the following:
1. Perform all minor enhancements to the Software portfolio. This includes any change that modifies or adds functionality to existing Software, including changes required for the Company’s regulatory, legal and audit compliance, and industry and government-required changes.
2. Prioritize projects.
3. Provide Provider-related data for financial justification and plan for minor enhancements.
4. Monitor and report on the status of minor enhancements.
5. Ensure compliance with Software development methodology and programming standards. Amendment I (September 11, 2012)
6. Interface with the Company management and coordinate with Authorized Users throughout the Software life cycle.
7. Update user, system, operations, and Help Desk documentation.
Minor Enhancements. Unless otherwise agreed in the SOW, Minor Enhancements are classified as any modifications or changes that require a level of effort of 160 person hours, or less, per change, and complete and regulatory and compliance changes that require a level of effort of 800 person hos, per change, to complete.
