Core Properties definition

Core Properties means the properties and mining claims listed on Schedules I, II and III hereof.

Core Properties means, collectively, all of the properties identified on Exhibit O attached hereto.

Core Properties. – means those Properties which are in the process of being sold or transferred (Maltby Lake 6% Interest, Kogawa House, Wildwood, Qualicum Bat House);

Core Properties. Those parcels of real property and interests in Persons owning, directly or indirectly, any parcels of real property owned by the Partnership or Per- sons Controlled by the Partnership on the date hereof.

Core Properties has the meaning set forth on Exhibit A, as such meaning may be amended from time to time with the Approval of Partners.

Core Properties means, individually each, and collectively all of, the Properties set forth on Schedule 1.1(b), less and except any Disposed Core Property.
