Corporate Membership Rewards definition

Corporate Membership Rewards or “Programme”) means the programme detailed herein under which the company earn points at the company level for the company’s use based on the spend of Card Members enrolled in the programme.

Corporate Membership Rewards or “Programme”) means the corporate tier of our Membership Rewards Programme under which approved enrolees earn points at the company level based on the spend of enrolled Cardmembers.  “Enrolment Date” means the date Company first enrols in the Corporate Membership Rewards Programme.

Examples of Corporate Membership Rewards in a sentence

  • Points cannot be transferred to any other Corporate Membership Rewards programme or Individual Membership Rewards programme account.

  • If an individual Card is removed from the programme, the Corporate Membership Rewards Card fee will be refunded at the pro-rated amount.

  • A Card Account can only be enrolled in either the Corporate Membership Rewards programme or the Individual Membership Rewards programme, but not both.

  • The annual enrolment fee for participation in the programme is determined by the number of Cards that are enrolled in the Corporate Membership Rewards programme.

  • Subject to this agreement, and by participating in the Corporate Membership Rewards programme, the company may redeem points for credit on the company account.

  • Points may only be redeemed via the Corporate Membership Rewards programme and in accordance with instructions provided by us from time to time.

  • If you cancel your programme account in accordance with this agreement, all Corporate Membership Rewards Card fees will be refunded at a pro-rated amount.

  • Corporate Membership Rewards certificates (collectively “Certificates”) may not be combined with any other promotional offers from American Express or participating merchants.

  • Each Corporate Membership Rewards point has no cash redemption value, or other cash or monetary value except that which American Express may, in its sole discretion allow the company to redeem points for certain rewards.

  • A company that enrols a Card Account in the Corporate Membership Rewards programme, shall not approve the enrolment of that Card Account in the Individual Membership Rewards programme, and vice versa.

Related to Corporate Membership Rewards

  • Corporate Member means, corporate entity who have entered into a Membership Agreement with DOCOMO BIKESHARE, INC. under the Bicycle Rental (Sharing) system in pursuant to Article 3, such as profit corporations, non-profit corporations, public corporations, and those with juridical personality by law. Member: means, an Individual Member and a Corporate Member collectively referred to as Member.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;

  • Membership means the definition of that term under section 6 as in effect for the particular fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.

  • Membership Rights means all of the rights of a Member in the Company, including a Member’s: (a) Interest; (b) right to inspect the Company’s books and records; (c) right to participate in the management of and vote on matters coming before the Company; and (d) unless this Operating Agreement or the Certificate of Formation provide to the contrary, right to act as an agent of the Company.

  • New Members As Defined By the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA)

  • Membership Card means a card issued by the Club to indicate membership of a Membership Scheme.

  • Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.

  • Voting Members has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).

  • Executive Member means any elected member of the authority appointed to the executive of that authority;

  • Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • Associate Member means a person appointed to perform specific statutory and non-statutory duties which have been delegated by the Trust Board for them to perform and these duties have been recorded in an appropriate Trust Board minute or other suitable record.

  • Teaching staff member means an employee who holds a position for which a certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.

  • Membership Agreement means the agreement between the Foundation and each Member regarding each such Member’s rights and obligations as a Member.

  • Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.

  • Executive Mayor means the councillor elected as the executive mayor of the municipality in terms of section 55 of the Municipal Structures Act;

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • Single member limited liability company means a limited liability company that has one direct member.

  • Partnership Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • membership dues means the dues established pursuant to the constitution of the Association as the dues payable by employees as a consequence of their membership in the Association and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium or special levy (« cotisations » ou « retenues syndicales »);

  • Community Contribution Company means a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia that includes in its articles the following statement:

  • Planning Director means the Planning Director of the City of Santa Xxxxxx, or his or her designee.

  • Membership Units means membership interests in the Company.

  • Limited Partnership Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership dated as of March 9, 2004, as amended from time to time.

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.

  • GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.
