Corporate Membership Rewards Programme definition

Corporate Membership Rewards Programme. (also “Corporate Membership Rewards” or “Programme”) means the programme detailed herein under which the company earn points at the company level for the company’s use based on the spend of Card Members enrolled in the programme.
Corporate Membership Rewards Programme means the corporate tier of our proprietary rewards programme under which a company can earn MR Points on the spend of enrolled Cardmembers which can then be redeemed for rewards.

  • A Company must enroll the Card(s) it wishes to earn points under the Corporate Membership Rewards Programme.

  • We shall treat any requests, instructions or notices from the MR Programme Administrator in connection with your Corporate Membership Rewards Programme, the MR Programme Account, and this Agreement (whether by e-mail, the Online Service, post, fax or otherwise) as a request, instruction or notice from you.

  • When transferring a Cardmember Account to a Corporate Membership Rewards Programme from another Corporate Membership Rewards Programme, any MR Points already accrued under the original Corporate Membership Rewards Programme cannot be transferred to the new MR Programme Account.

  • When enrolling a Cardmember Account into your Corporate Membership Rewards Programme that was previously enrolled in an Individual Membership Rewards Programme, any points already accrued under the Individual Membership Rewards Programme cannot be transferred to the MR Programme Account and must be redeemed by the Cardmember prior to enrolment in the Corporate Membership Rewards Programme.

  • We nominate the following employee as the Corporate Membership Rewards Programme Administrator who is authorised to carry out any and all activities in connection with the American Express Corporate Membership Rewards programme on behalf of our company.

  • The MR Programme Fee will be charged from the date that a Cardmember Account is enrolled into your Corporate Membership Rewards Programme and then billed annually thereafter.

  • There is no expiry date for MR Xxxxxx earned while under the Corporate Membership Rewards Programme as long as Company remains enrolled in the Corporate Membership Rewards Programme.

  • We shall only take instructions in respect of the Corporate Membership Rewards Programme from the MR Programme Administrator and only the MR Programme Administrator will be given the right to redeem MR Points.

  • Company warrants that the Programme Administrator notified by it to American Express is authorised to carry out activities in connection with the Corporate Membership Rewards Programme on behalf of Company.

  • If for any reason Company’s enrolment in the Corporate Membership Rewards Programme is closed or terminated, Company will have thirty (30) days from the date of termination to redeem any MR Points accrued.

Related to Corporate Membership Rewards Programme

  • Corporate Member means, corporate entity who have entered into a Membership Agreement with DOCOMO BIKESHARE, INC. under the Bicycle Rental (Sharing) system in pursuant to Article 3, such as profit corporations, non-profit corporations, public corporations, and those with juridical personality by law.

  • Business Unit means the assets constituting the business or a division or operating unit thereof of any Person.

  • Global Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • Traineeship Scheme means an approved traineeship applicable to a group or class of employees or to an industry or sector of an industry or an enterprise. A traineeship scheme shall not be given approval unless consultation and negotiation with the union upon the terms of the proposed traineeship scheme and the traineeship have occurred. An application for approval of a traineeship scheme shall identify the union and demonstrate to the satisfaction of the approving authority that the abovementioned consultation and negotiation have occurred.

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • Membership Rights means all of the rights of a Member in the Company, including a Member’s: (a) Interest; (b) right to inspect the Company’s books and records; (c) right to participate in the management of and vote on matters coming before the Company; and (d) unless this Operating Agreement or the Certificate of Formation provide to the contrary, right to act as an agent of the Company.

  • Legislative Leadership Committee means a committee established, authorized to be established, or designated by the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the General Assembly, or the Minority Leader of the General Assembly pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-10.1 for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.

  • Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee and ODHS Designee. The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.

  • Performance Corridor means the acceptable range of results around a Performance Target;

  • Membership Card means a card issued by the Club to indicate membership of a Membership Scheme.

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.

  • Bargaining Unit Member or “employee” means a University employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.

Examples of supportive measures include, but are not limited to: measures designed to protect the safety of all parties or the District’s educational environment, or deter sexual harassment; counseling; extensions of deadlines or other course-related adjustments; modifications of work or class schedules; campus escort services; mutual restrictions on contact between the parties; changes in work or class locations; leaves of absence; and increased security and monitoring of certain areas of the campus.
