Corporation Employee definition

Corporation Employee as defined in Section 3.5.
Corporation Employee as used in this Agreement, shall mean any employee who (a) is employed with the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries at any time during the last six (6) months of Executive’s employment with the Corporation, and (b) either (1) has been exposed to Confidential Information or (2) has had contact with Executive through Executive’s employment with the Corporation.
Corporation Employee means the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and all employees, former employees, National Civilian Community Corps Members (hereinafter sometimes known as “Corps Members”), and VISTA Volunteers (hereinafter sometimes also known as “AmeriCorps*VISTA Members”), who are or were subject to the supervision, jurisdiction, or control of the Chief Executive Officer, except as the Corporation may otherwise determine in a particular case.

  • Employee shall not engage in any activity that conflicts with the Employees duties to the Corporation Employee shall not provide any service or lend any aid or assistance to any party that competes with the services offered by the Corporation.

More Definitions of Corporation Employee

Corporation Employee means a full-time salaried employee of the Corporation.

  • Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions. The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.
