Corporation Employee as used in this Agreement, shall mean any employee who (a) is employed with the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries at any time during the last six (6) months of Executive’s employment with the Corporation, and (b) either (1) has been exposed to Confidential Information or (2) has had contact with Executive through Executive’s employment with the Corporation.

Examples of Corporation Employee in a sentence

  • Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions.
