Corporation IP definition

Corporation IP means the Intellectual Property that has been developed by or for or is being developed by or for the Corporation and/or a Subsidiary or that is being used by the Corporation and/or a Subsidiary, other than Licensed IP;
Corporation IP as defined in Section 3.1(a).
Corporation IP means the Intellectual Property identified in Schedule “B” and Schedule “C” to this Agreement;

More Definitions of Corporation IP

Corporation IP means all Corporation Licensed IP and Corporation Owned IP.
Corporation IP means the Intellectual Property Rights owned by the Corporation and each Subsidiary, whether through development, creation, conception or acquisition.
Corporation IP has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.27.1 hereof;
