Corporation IP definition

Corporation IP means the Intellectual Property that has been developed by or for or is being developed by or for the Corporation and/or a Subsidiary or that is being used by the Corporation and/or a Subsidiary, other than Licensed IP;
Corporation IP as defined in Section 3.1(a).
Corporation IP means the Intellectual Property identified in Schedule “B” and Schedule “C” to this Agreement;

Examples of Corporation IP in a sentence

  • Executive acknowledges that all such Corporation IP shall be considered as “work made for hire” as provided under the United States Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 101, et seq., and shall belong exclusively to the Corporation.

More Definitions of Corporation IP

Corporation IP means all Corporation Licensed IP and Corporation Owned IP.
