Correspondent Agent definition

Correspondent Agent means anyone (including the incorporated body) who acts as the Company's agent in effecting Transactions or clearing the same in Hong Kong or elsewhere, including any member of Exchange or Clearing House and/or the member of foreign stock exchange and foreign clearing house.
