corresponding law means a law of another State, Territory or New Zealand that provides for the same matter as a relevant Act or a provision of a relevant Act.
Corresponding Certificate With respect to each REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ and IO), the Certificate with the corresponding designation. With respect to each REMIC III Regular Interest (other than the Class C Interest and the Class IO Interest), the related Certificate representing an ownership therein.
Corresponding Component As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Non-Vertically Retained Principal Balance Certificates or Lower-Tier Regular Interest.
Corresponding Certificates As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Lower-Tier Regular Interest or Component.
Corresponding Tenor with respect to any Available Tenor means, as applicable, either a tenor (including overnight) or an interest payment period having approximately the same length (disregarding business day adjustment) as such Available Tenor.
Corresponding Debt means any amount, other than any Parallel Debt, which an Obligor owes to a Secured Party under or in connection with the Finance Documents.
Punitive Damages are those damages awarded as a penalty, the amount of which is neither governed nor fixed by statute.
Solicitation Amendment (or Addendum means a written document that is authorized by the Procurement Officer and issued for the purpose of making changes to the Solicitation.
of any specified Person means any other Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under direct or indirect common control with such specified Person. For the purposes of this definition, "control" when used with respect to any specified Person means the power to direct the management and policies of such Person, directly or indirectly, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise; and the terms "controlling" and "controlled" have meanings correlative to the foregoing.
Maximum extent practicable means the highest level of performance that is achievable but is not equivalent to a performance standard identified in this ordinance as determined in accordance with S. 055 of this ordinance.
Initial Notional Amount With respect to any Class or Subclass of Interest Only Certificates, the amount initially used as the principal basis for the calculation of any interest payment amount, as more specifically defined in the Series Supplement.
Original Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-1 Notional Amount and Class X-2 Notional Amount, the initial Notional Amount thereof as of the Closing Date, as specified in the Preliminary Statement.

Internal confidentiality agreement or statement means a confidentiality agreement or any other written statement that the contractor requires any of its employees or subcontractors to sign regarding nondisclosure of contractor information, except that it does not include confidentiality agreements arising out of civil litigation or confidentiality agreements that contractor employees or subcontractors sign at the behest of a Federal agency.
Economic damages means objectively verifiable monetary losses, including medical expenses, loss of earnings, burial costs, loss of use of property, cost of replacement or repair, cost of obtaining substitute domestic services, loss of employment, and loss of business or employment opportunities.
After-relieved Federal tax means any amount of Federal excise tax or duty, except social security or other employment taxes, that would otherwise have been payable on the transactions or property covered by this contract, but which the Contractor is not required to pay or bear, or for which the Contractor obtains a refund or drawback, as the result of legislative, judicial, or administrative action taking effect after the contract date.
Final Legal Distribution Date means (i) with respect to the Class AA Certificates, August 15, 2033, (ii) with respect to the Class A Certificates, August 15, 2033 and (iii) with respect to the Class B Certificates, August 15, 2029.
Maximum Liability has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.10.
