Municipal officers means those municipal officers that are required by law to be
Executive Officers means the Company's “executive officers” as defined in 12 C.F.R. § 215.2(e)(1) (regardless of whether or not such regulation is applicable to the Company).
County officers means those county officers that are required by law to be
Board of Commissioners means a county board of commissioners.
General Council means the General Council of the University;
Principal officers for a corporation means the officers designated under Subsection 31A-5-203(3).
Named Executive Officers or “NEOs” means the following individuals:

Chief Commissioner means the chief administrative officer of the County, or delegate;
Municipal officer or employee means an officer or employee of a municipality, whether paid or unpaid, including members of any administrative board, commission or other agency thereof and in the case of a county, shall be deemed to also include any officer or employee paid from county funds. No person shall be deemed to be a municipal officer or employee solely by reason of being a volunteer fireman or civil defense volunteer, except a fire chief or assistant fire chief.
Officers Certificate” means a certificate signed on behalf of the Company by two Officers of the Company, one of whom must be the principal executive officer, the principal financial officer, the treasurer or the principal accounting officer of the Company, that meets the requirements of Section 12.05 hereof.
Board of Supervisors means the Board of Supervisors of the County.
Board means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Health Board means a Health Board or Special Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Xxx 0000;
Information Commissioner means the UK Information Commissioner and any successor;
Local Health Board (“Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol”) means a Local Health Board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c.42);
College board means the state board for community and
Local board of health means a county, city, or district board of health.
Local district officers means those local district board members that are required
Designated Officers means and includes, individually or jointly, the President, the Vice President, the Business Administrator, and the Secretary of the Board of School Directors (and their appropriate successors acting by reason of absence or other incapacity), being those duly elected or appointed and acting officials of the Local Government Unit hereby authorized to undertake and perform the actions herein specified, which are necessary and proper to the issuance of the Bonds and compliance with the Debt Act.
Executive commissioner means the executive
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Board office means the office of the administrative staff of each professional licensing board.
Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.
Human Resources means, in context, the CHRO or the College’s Office of Human Resources.
Accountant General means the officer of the National Treasury designated as the Accountant- General;
