County PMO definition

County PMO means each Project Management Office established in each Participating County and referred to in Section I, paragraph 1(d) of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.
County PMO or "Town PMO" means project management office established in a city, county or Town of Liaoning Province, respectively, to manage the day-to-day implementation of the Subproject(s) located in the city, county or town as described in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement and paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the Project Agreement;

  • Juvenile court means the district court of this state.

  • County indigent transcript means a transcript that is paid for from county funds and is for the use on behalf of a litigant who has been declared indigent by a court.

  • County review agency means an agency designated by the County Board of Chosen Freeholders to review municipal stormwater management plans and implementing ordinance(s). The county review agency may either be:
