Course Handouts means the booklet or printouts of the presentations made during the training course, provided by Cytiva to Buyer or Buyer’s employees in a binder or electronically during the Course, as a reference to the subject matter of such training course, the content and form of which is provided at Cytiva’s sole discretion;
