Covenant Waiver Period Collateral means all “Collateral” as defined in the Covenant Waiver Period Pledge Agreement (to the extent not previously released in connection with a Covenant Waiver Period Collateral Release pursuant to Section 5.13).>

  • Upon the release of any Covenant Waiver Period Collateral pursuant to this Section 5.13(a), the Administrative Agent shall (to the extent applicable) deliver to the Borrower (or instruct the Collateral Agent to deliver), upon the Borrower’s request and at the Borrower’s expense, such documentation as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and otherwise necessary or advisable to evidence the release of such Covenant Waiver Period Collateral from its obligations under the Loan Documents.

  • U.S. Collateral Agreement means the U.S. Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, in the form of Exhibit E, among Holdings, Intermediate Holdings, the U.S. Borrower, each Domestic Subsidiary Loan Party and the Collateral Agent.

  • Possessory Collateral means any Shared Collateral in the possession of a Collateral Agent (or its agents or bailees), to the extent that possession thereof perfects a Lien thereon under the Uniform Commercial Code of any jurisdiction.   • Term Priority Collateral has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Real Property Collateral means the parcel or parcels of Real Property identified on Schedule R-1 and any Real Property hereafter acquired by Borrower.
