Covenants Not to Compete definition

Covenants Not to Compete means any covenants not to compete, consulting agreements, former owner agreements (including employment agreements) or other similar arrangements pursuant to which Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries agree to make periodic payments to certain Persons in connection with the acquisition of funeral homes and cemeteries.

Covenants Not to Compete means the Covenant Not to Compete among Atlantic and the Sole Shareholder, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 2.11(b).

Covenants Not to Compete means Covenant Not to Compete, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3.2(h), to be executed and delivered to Buyer by each of Seller, its shareholders and Gxxx Xxxx.

More Definitions of Covenants Not to Compete

Covenants Not to Compete means the Covenant Not to Compete between Purchaser and Seller and between Purchaser and Shareholder, both substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 2.11, each of which may be individually referred to as a Covenant Not to Compete.

Covenants Not to Compete means the Agreements between Buyer and the following Sellers: Arnoxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Xxelxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Xxrt X. Xxxxxxxxx, Xxmuxx X. Xxxxxxxxx xxx Ronaxx X. Xxxxxxxxx xx the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Covenants Not to Compete means the Covenants Not to Compete between Holdco, on the one hand, and Contributor, its subsidiaries, Oxxx Xxxxx, Axxxxxx Xxxxxx and Vxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, on the other hand, each substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 2.7.

Covenants Not to Compete means the Covenants Not to Compete referred to in Section 6.11. I.14 "Customer Contracts" shall mean all contracts, agreements, commitments or other instruments in effect with any customer of the Acquired Company or any Subsidiary other than the Specified Customer Contracts. I.15 "Delaware Code" shall mean the Delaware General Corporation Law. I.16 "DOL" shall mean the United States Department of Labor.
