Covered Landscape Area definition

Covered Landscape Area means the covered landscape area shown coloured yellow cross-hatched black on the Plans;
Covered Landscape Area means the covered landscape areas within the Estate Common Areas and Facilities (including the parts overlapping with the Pink Stippled Black Area) and within the Residential Common Areas and Facilities on the Ground Floor and the First Floor of the Podium as shown coloured indigo hatched black, red hatched black and pink hatched black on the plans certified as to its accuracy by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto, and “Covered Landscape Area (Estate Common Areas and Facilities)” and “Covered Landscape Area (Residential Common Areas and Facilities)” shall be construed accordingly;
Covered Landscape Area means the covered landscape area which is for the purpose of identification shown coloured Yellow cross-hatched Black on the GROUND FLOOR PLAN and the FIRST FLOOR PLAN (certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person) annexed hereto.

  • The Covered Landscape Area shall only be used and enjoyed for recreational purposes by the Owners and occupiers of the Residential Units and their bona fide visitors and subject to the provisions of this Deed, the House Rules and such rules as may from time to time be laid down by the Manager.

Covered Landscape Area means such landscaped area in the Building, which is for identification purposes only shown and coloured Indigo Hatched Black on the Ground Floor Plan annexed hereto and certified as to its accuracy by the Authorized Person;
Covered Landscape Area means the covered landscape areas which for identification purpose only are shown and coloured green on the plan annexed to this Deed and marked Plan No.DMC-05, the accuracy of such plans is certified by or on behalf of the Authorized Person.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

O.18, or any successor legislation, which has been identified as a significant heritage resource in a conservation district plan and any Building listed in the Markham Register of Property of Cultural Heritage Value of Interest;

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to mean sea level, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of coastal or riverine areas.

  • Buildings means any and all buildings, structures, garages, utility sheds, workrooms, air conditioning towers, open parking areas and other improvements, and any and all additions, alterations, betterments or appurtenances thereto, now or at any time hereafter situated, placed or constructed upon the Land or any part thereof.

Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Coverage Area means the area described in the Website for which Nearmap has available Products, which may cover part or all of that area and which may cover part (but not all) of the area covered by the Survey.

  • Slum area means any area where dwellings predominate which, by reason of depreciation, overcrowding, faulty arrangement or design, lack of ventilation, light or sanitary facilities, or any combination of these factors, are detrimental to the public safety, health or morals.
