Residential Common Areas and Facilities means and includes :-
Residential Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Residential Common Areas and the Residential Common Facilities.

Residential Common Areas and Facilities means those parts of the Development which are intended for the common use and benefit of the Residential Accommodation as a whole, and not just any particular part thereof, and which are, subject to the provisions of this Deed and any Sub-Deed, to be used by each Owner and resident of the Residential Unit, in common with all other Owners and residents of the Residential Units.   • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
