Landscape Areas definition

Landscape Areas means vegetated areas of the Unit listed or to be listed in the landscape inventory in the Asset Management Performance System.
Landscape Areas means areas, whether publicly or privately owned, including residential and commercial lawns, gardens, golf courses, parks, and rights of way and medians.
Landscape Areas means areas of planted materials including lawn areas.

Examples of Landscape Areas in a sentence

  • The ETAF for new and existing (non-rehabilitated) Special Landscape Areas shall not exceed 1.0. The ETAF for existing non-rehabilitated landscapes is 0.8.

  • Developer agrees to maintain all Landscape Areas (including all vegetation) on the Property, as referenced and/or depicted in the applicable zoning ordinance, as amended, free of weeds, tall grass, rubbish, brush and other objectionable, unsightly or unsanitary matter, as defined in Article 6.03 of Chapter 6 of the Town’s Code of Ordinances, as amended.

More Definitions of Landscape Areas

Landscape Areas means those parts of the Lots and the Access Lot which the Association elects to maintain including the road frontages forming part of the Lots, the planted areas within retaining walls and those parts of the Access Lot which are landscaped, as generally shown on the Landscape Plan or as otherwise detailed by the Association from time to time.

Related to Landscape Areas

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Landscaping means the treatment of land (other than buildings) being the site or part of the site in respect of which this planning permission is granted, for the purpose of enhancing or protecting the amenities of the site and the area in which it is situated and includes screening by fences, walls or other means of enclosure; measures to screen the refuse provision; planting of trees, hedges, shrubs or grass; formation of banks, terraces or other earth works, laying out of gardens, paved areas or courts and other amenity features.

  • Common Area means all real property owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Buildings means , and BHK Apartments having One Block of Apartments a total of apartments of different types in G+ storied Block including such other constructions and/or structures, as may be constructed on the Premises by the Builder from time to time.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Landscape waste means any vegetable or plant waste except garbage. The term includes trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, and yard trimmings.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Driveway means improved land on a highway which provides vehicular access from the roadway to a laneway or a parking area on adjacent land.

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Sidewalk means that portion of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy;

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Parking Facilities means the parking area located on the Property, containing the approximate number of lined parking spaces set forth in the Building Description, which parking area is provided as Common Facilities.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.
