Covered Option definition

Covered Option means any Option granted on or after January 1, 2001 unless the granting resolution expressly excludes the Option from the provisions of this Section 16.
Covered Option means any stock option granted to the Optionee pursuant to one of the Covered Plans, whether such stock option was granted before, on, or after the Effective Date.
Covered Option means a contract under which the purchaser acquires the right to require a company to sell to it, within or at a specified time, for a specified amount, specified securities that the company owns at the time of contracting.

Covered Option means any option for the purchase of Nordson Common Shares awarded by the Compensation Committee or Chief Executive Officer pursuant to the authority granted under the 2012 Stock Incentive and Award Plan or, in the case of the Chief Executive Officer, under delegation from the Compensation Committee.

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.
