Covered Pops definition

Covered Pops at any time, the aggregate number of Pops within each geographic area for which facilities owned by the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries that provide service to such geographic area have achieved "substantial completion" pursuant to the terms of the applicable Vendor Procurement Contract or, if not constructed under a Vendor Procurement Contract, have achieved at least the equivalent degree of completion.

Covered Pops means the aggregate number of Pops within each ------------ geographic area for which facilities owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries that provide service to such geographic area have achieved substantial completion.

More Definitions of Covered Pops

Covered Pops means the aggregate number of Pops within each geographic area for which a System owned by Alamosa Delaware or the Restricted Subsidiaries that provides coverage of such geographic area has commenced service.

Covered Pops means the aggregate number of POPs within each market or geographical area specified on Schedule III for which facilities in commercial operation owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries have achieved substantial completion.
