Covered Products or Services means any product or service represented, expressly or by implication, to provide or assist in providing, directly or indirectly, funds in exchange for future receivables, revenues, or proceeds.

Related to Covered Products or Services

  • Competitive Products or Services means, as of any time, those products or services of the type that any of the Bank Entities is providing, or is actively preparing to provide, to its customers.
