Covered Properties definition

Covered Properties is defined in Section 7.1.1(m).
Covered Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.31(c).
Covered Properties means the real properties of the Company or its Subsidiaries located outside of the United States listed in Annex A hereto.

  • The Administrative Agent shall have received, to the extent requested, favorable environmental site assessments, reports and evaluations and regulatory compliance reviews satisfactory to the Administrative Agent covering that portion of the Covered Properties reasonably determined to be appropriate by the Administrative Agent.

  • There has been no release, discharge, spill or disposal of any substance at any of the Covered Properties so as to give rise to any Liability of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under any Environmental, Health and Safety Laws.

  • This Ordinance shall be applicable to all Municipal and Covered Properties as defined in this Ordinance.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Advisor will also perform portfolio management services on behalf of the Company with respect to the Covered Properties.

Covered Properties is defined in Section 7.2.2(e).
Covered Properties means those Real Properties listed on Annex B.
Covered Properties means, (i) prior to the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date, those Real Properties listed on Annex B to the First Amended and Restated Credit Agreement (the “Prior Covered Properties”), and (ii) from and after the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date, the Real Properties listed on Annex B-1.

Covered Properties means all properties and facilities owned, leased or operated by each Seller in connection with the Residential Business.
Covered Properties means, as of any date of determination, the proved Oil and Gas Properties evaluated in the most recent Engineering Report (which as of the Interim Facility Effective Date is the Initial Engineering Report).
Covered Properties means only those properties identified in Exhibit A attached hereto owned by the Landowner Parties.
