Covered Supplier definition

Covered Supplier means any supplier of the Company with whom Employee had dealings or contact, supervised dealings or contact, or with respect to whom Employee had access to Confidential Information while employed.

  • Registered Supplier means an electricity supplier licensed under the Electricity Act and registered with the Authority;
